Do not enter the steam bath after consuming alcohol, with an empty stomach or after a heavy meal. Do not use the steam bath immediately after intense muscular effort. Before entering the steam bath wash off your make-up, take a shower and dry the body and hair. Before entering the steam bath remove metal and plastic items (e.g. watches, jewelry). Go to the steam bath at least 3 times for 6-20 minutes. Enter the steam bath naked, wrapped in a towel or in a swimsuit. Never touch any hot parts in the cabin or tamper with the electrical system. Do not speak when in the steam bath. Before and after using the steam bath drink more water. After leaving the steam bath take a shower – as coldest as you can. After drying moisturize the skin with lotion.
